  • Windows – On this model, as designed, three of the windows open and are equipped with screens. But more can open if you like! All vertical glass is tempered/tempered, lowE.  Roll down screens ($1000 value) free!!
  • Roof -The roof on this model is 5 wall, pearl white polycarbonate, with a 15 year warranty, Insulated, tempered/laminate glass on the roof is an option (not included in price).
  • Detail – There is cast aluminum cresting and one finial on the roof. The room has one structural tie bar, also cast aluminum detail.
  • Additional Options (not included in price)
    • This room can be any color you choose!
    • There can be roof vents and they can also be motorized.
    • This room can be built of solid mahogany.
